Chefs x 2.

Pete and Tracey have been here and we have been doing lots of cooking.The Kitchen here is well plannned ,and we can work together.


At the moment Tracey is assisting Pete,he is making Sticky Toffee pudding with Toffee sauce from my James Martin Dessert cookbook .

For Dinner we are having white fish baked in milk,with a parmesan topping,and jersey royal potatoes,carrots and peas.

I have found a NHS Dentist in sydney street and have an appointment tomorrow.

My hair is being cut at beach,22 Dukes Lane,Ben is giving me a 50% discount voucher.

Elika has a job in the sports shop near the clocktower.

Tonight her and Ben are going rock climbing.

Pete and Tracey are not joining them!!!!!!


Daniel and lorraine have the gardeners in today,doing their roof patio.

No pictures this time as I cant find the card reader.

It's been a long time since I last did a blog but we are very happy now settled in Brighton. My RapidWeaver teacher is back from Sweden and San Francisco and has helped me put all these pictures on my blog. I do hope you enjoy looking at them.

I was worried about parking Henry Fusion, today though Dan has arranged for him to park in a private spot belonging to his gay neighbours.

2 weeks till we move.

Today is Lisa:s birthday,we wish we were with them to celebrate. Happy birthday Lisa xxxxx

We went with Dan to have a look at the flat,the decorators have been very busy as everything needed to be redone.

Everything there is perfect,and we are looking forward to moving in.

Pete and Tracey have been to look at a house to buy today.,and they have said I can do the garden .This is very good news as I will only have pots at the flat.

It has been very cold and wet ,so I have made some super green kale soup for tea. If you feel tired ,irritable,constipated,or crave sweet things then this is a great soup for you.

I want to watch the chelsea flower show ,on BBC 2 at 8pm.

Dad is going to the pub with the camera club.

I have been cooking , cheese and asparagus roulade,with a simple tomato sauce,jersey royal,watercress and radish salad,from my summer vegetarian magazine. Luscious lemon and rasin bars from my cookery scrapbook.

It is 3 weeks today till we move,I am getting restless now ,and cant settle, I just want to move now,as you cant live a normal life when you have moving on your mind.

We are going down to measure up at the weekend.Also we shall see Nan and Grandad,it is his 83rd birthday on sunday.

Pete has a flexi day,and he is comming up on thursday,and we are going to Anthony Worrel-Thompsons pub for lunch.If there is time I might get him to come with me to John Lewis ,he is such a good shopper. Poor Tracey is working,so cant come.

I shall make some Pistachio,orange and oat crumbles for her.

It has been hot today,and I have walked for 5 hours ,some by the river Thames,Smashing!!!!. The bottom of my feet are a little sore as I didnt wear my walking boots for 2 hours of that. I had on some cheap trainers that I bought in sainsburys last year in the sale.
