I have cooked an Australian fish recipe for tea.Also some Anzac buiscuits which quite a few of our family members are very ,very fond of.Especially Paul.
Today I was out walking in the countyside, along an old green lane ,on one side was the yellow rape and bluebells on the other.The sun was shinning and ahead were green valleys and hills .The trees have new lime green leaves,and there was no mud ,and I thought if this is as good as it gets,I am well happy.
Thats what I love about walking you never know what you might see around the corner or over the hill.
