Some folks will be amazed at this news about milly .She has been vacumed out .All rubbish removed and covers washed .I am very proud of her now .She looks like a new car .
I am cooking Mussels in garlic butter tonight ,for the first time . Its nice to have something different .
We have open all hours on the telly .Ronnie Barker and David Jason are first class entertainers . They always make us laugh .

Milly will never be sold .She is one of the family and I hope she will be with us untill she goes to the great scrapheap in the sky .
Steve did not like the mussells .I thought they were delicious .
I'm surprised Pa' Counsell didnt like the mussells. They are delicious; and in a simple sauce like that I'd wager they were devine.
Perhaps try a doing them in Beer? I think you get bacon and beer or something. Thats nice. You dont use XXXX or special brew, try a nice ale or something. I think it's one of young Mr Olivers recipes. Or I might be making it up, I'll ask Mrs C.
